Cryogenic Thermocouple

We have developed an E-type sheathed thermocouple for cryogenic use, designed to measure the temperature of liquid hydrogen (-253 °C). The sensor has a small sensing part and is easy to handle.
It meets domestic and international standards for pressure-resistant and intrinsically safe explosion-proof use.
For cryogenic measurement traceability, we have capsule thermometers calibrated by AIST (National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology), and we can provide a traceability diagram upon request.

Features

To achieve system accuracy equivalent to JIS Class 3 when used with insulation barriers and 4-20 mA converters, we select special E-type thermocouple wires.
The sheath material is 316L stainless steel, and we also support small-diameter sheathed cables (φ1.6 mm, φ1.0 mm, φ0.5 mm, φ0.25 mm).
All sheaths are consistently manufactured in-house at YAMARI INDUSTRIES, LIMITED. We can meet a wide range of needs, including the production of sheathed thermocouples using sheath materials and thermoelement wires with strong resistance to drift.
