Self-regulating heater

We design and install heat traces for various applications, from freeze prevention to high temperatures (control panels, electrical work, heat insulation work, etc.).
※Self-controlled heaters are heaters developed in the U.S. company Sarmon.

Features

  1. The output increases with decreasing self‐temperature and decreases with increasing self‐temperature.
  2. The heater is not burnt by local heating even if lap winding is done, and it is very safe.
  3. In the case of small scale and simple heating, temperature can be maintained only by self‐controllability.
  4. Excellent bendability, flexibility and corrosion resistance, and extremely easy to handle in terms of construction, such as the simplicity of terminal treatment.

※The “self-control” of the self-controlled heater is a feature that the output decreases and the temperature does not rise too much when the temperature rises. A temperature sensor and a temperature controller are required to control the heater at the desired temperature.
