In the stoker-type incinerator, the charged refuse moves on a movable grate, undergoes drying, pyrolysis and combustion processes, and terminates flame combustion. The burn-off point is the end point of flame combustion. Recently, refuse incineration facilities are often installed together with power generation facilities, and measurement and combustion control of the burning point of refuse are carried out in order to stabilize combustion conditions and reduce CO2 density.
Solution
Combustion gas thermometer (IPE140/39)
- Pyrometers
- Daily life
- Furnace
Features
In the moving direction on the movable grate of the stoker furnace, the surface temperature of the refuse burning in the flame can be measured by using a radiation thermometer with a specific wavelength to eliminate the effect of the flame. In general, the radiation thermometer measures spot temperature, but by using a scanning type, it is possible to measure the distribution in the length direction. If temperature distribution measurement over a wide range is required, an infrared image camera can be used.
