Sheath Thermocouple with Desorption PAD

With the surface-type thermometer, the temperature sensing section at the end of the sheathing is attached to the tube using a PAD.
Generally, PAD is welded to the sheath at the time of shipping, and the long sheath interferes with the operation when PAD is welded to the tube at the site when the thermometer is installed.
In the detachable PAD type, PAD is welded to the tube first, and then connected to the sheath. This improves workability.

	① Weld pad in place!
	② Insert the sheath!
	③ Push with special tool!

・The thermometer body is installed at the same time as PAD is mounted, so a long sheath is obstructed.	・Improve construction efficiency! 　Only the detachable PAD can be welded first. In this case, no curing of the thermometer body is necessary! 　Attach the sheath that interferes with the operation at the end! 　・Easy, one-touch mounting and dismounting by using a dedicated holder ・Temperature, thermal conductivity, and mechanical strength are comparable to those of the one-piece type. 　(PAD cannot be removed even in the tensile test of 1000N.) ・Easy removal (Easy to change the mounting position and disassemble due to easy sheath removal)
