This radiation thermometer realizes high-speed response, small spots, and high accuracy.
0.7~ Can be measured from a wide range of 1.65μm and a low temperature of 30℃. Suitable for temperature measurement of semiconductor materials in general, silicon wafers and metal surfaces.

Usage

Features

    • • 1msec responds quickly.
    • • Small spots can be measured from φ0.5/50mm.
    • • Measurements can be made from 30℃ bass.
    • • The lens adopts a light pipe type, and it can also be used in narrow places where the field of view is missing.
    • • The measuring area of the lenses is 50mm~2000mm.
    • • It can be extended by optical fiber, so it can be measured in high temperature atmosphere or high frequency induction heating.
    • • The light pipe type can be introduced into the vacuum by vacuum sealing.
    • • The light pipe type has a compact design of φ25×115.
    • • The addition of the barge function enables stable measurement.
    • • The optional analogue outputs (4 to 20mA and 0 to 10V) are also available.
    • • RS232 two-way communication function and measurement software support PC control.
    • • Parameter setting, data logging, and graph display are possible using measurement software.
