Thermal Image Camera MCS640

Product name

Thermal image camera

Model number

MCS640

MCS640 is a thermal image camera. A short wavelength is adopted, and measurement through a window is possible. Suitable for metalworking, temperature measurement of various metal surfaces, molds and filaments.

Usage

    • Temperature measurement of the mold, sealing temperature monitoring of the furnace door, temperature measurement of the paper take-up roll, and material deterioration monitoring

特 長

    • Small measuring objects such as electron beam filaments can also be measured. (Min. measuring diameter: φ8.4μm at 113mm)
    • High-speed phenomena can also be measured. (Measuring rate: 60Hz)
    • The number of measurement pixels is 640 x 480.
    • We offer a variety of lenses to suit your application, from wide-angle to telephoto.
    • Cooling is not required at ambient temperatures up to 50°C. Cooling-jacket (HD enclosure) allows installation up to ambient 100°C.
    • It supports high-speed Ethernet and transmits digital images in real time.
    • The following functions are provided in the software for measurement/analysis (for LumaSpec RT analyser(Windows):
      ・Real-time measurement
・Measurement point designation up to 32 points
・Time series, histogram, alarm display, 3D display, etc.
      ・Data-out to EXCEL
      ・Video File Output
