IGA320/23 has the fastest 2msec of fast-response, 2.0 to 2.6μm-wavelength detection. It enables various thermometry such as metallic surfaces and metalworking processes.

Usage

    • Suitable for non-contact temperature measurement of metals, ceramics, graphite, etc.
    • Metal mold, preheat, annealing, tempering, welding, forging, hardening, sintering, melting, soldering, rolling, brazing

Features

    • Small and light, so it is easy to install in a limited space.
    • It can respond quickly (maximum 2msec), so it is suitable for measuring the temperature of a sample with severe temperature change or a sample moving at high speed.
    • Small spot measurement is realized, so even small samples can be measured.
      From the minimum φ0.3/50mm (when using a close-up lens).
    • The measuring position can be easily checked with LED target light.
    • Scales high accuracy and stability free temperature range with digital circuits.
    • It has a built-in maximum value holding circuit, so it is also suitable for measuring moving objects.
    • Data-recording and parameter setting can be performed with the optional dedicated measurement software (for Windows).
