IMGA740・IMGA740-LO is a radiation thermometer that can respond ultra-fast as fast as 10μsec.
Ideal for measuring samples with abrupt temperature changes.
Measuring Station (bench-unit) and PC are easily connected for capturing and analyzing data.

Usage

    • Ideal for measuring temperatures in metal processing, semiconductor production processes, glass molds, ceramics, molten metals, casting, vacuum furnaces, etc.

Features

    • This is a PC based data logger system based on a 740-inch ultrahigh-speed radiation thermometer and specialized software.
    • Ultra-fast response (up to 10μsec) is realized, and it is suitable for temperature measurement of samples with severe temperature changes or moving samples at high speed.
    • Minimal-spot measuring from φ0.3mm is realized.
    • Since a movable focus lens is used, the spot diameter can be narrowed down to an optimum value.
    • The emissivity can be set from the bench unit and PC.
    • 0 to 20mA or 4 to 20mA can be selected for analogue output. (Specified when ordering)
    • USB interface makes it easy to connect to PC.
    • Measurement data can be stored on a PC, and user-friendly software is available for recording and analyzing data.
    • Data acquisition has the following modes as standard:
      ・Normal: Normal measurement
      ・Temperature trigger: When temperature threshold value is exceeded
      ・External gating: when inputting High
      ・External trigger: per rising edge
    • The measurement software has the following features.
      ・Parameter settings and readings can be checked at a glance, making it suitable for on-site works.
      ・Two-screen display enables easy data analysis.
      ・Enlargement/reduction of the time axis, and temperature display of the maximum/minimum and average values are possible, so an interface suitable for the site is available. Can be used.
