   • Small spot measurement is realized, so even small samples can be measured. From φ0.45/88mm.
   • Two types of lenses are available in a total of eight. Focal length covers 88mm～4500mm.
   • Movable Focus Lenses (TypeII) can be set to the optimum spot-diameter at any position.
   • It has a built-in maximum value holding circuit, so it is also suitable for measuring moving objects.
   • The laser pilot light makes it easy to check the measurement position.
