Radiation thermometer ISR12-LO/GS

Product name

Fiber-optic two-color radiation thermometer

Model number

ISR12-LO/GS

ISR12-LO/GS is a fiber-optic two-color radiation thermometer capable of measuring molten metal pouring with a line-spot.

Features

    • Lens: Because of the line spot, it is possible to reliably measure even when the workpiece position moves slightly.
      Two focal lengths are available: spot diameter = 100 : 5, 100 : 12
    • Pouring Stream mode can be set
(This is used to measure the stable temperature when the incoming molten metal passes over the line spot.)
    • Fast Response: 2msec
(However, near the lower temperature limit, the response time is automatically extended to reduce noise.)
    • Metal mode in addition to 2-color and single-color modes.
Ideal for measuring metal compounds whose K (ratio correction) value is unknown
    • Small spots: from 17mm×1.6mm
    • High accuracy: ±(0.4% to 0.6% of measured value + 1)℃
(depending on model and temperature range)
    • Analog/Digital Out: DC4~20mA/DC0~20mA + RS232C/RS485
    • Built-in Maximum Value Holding Circuit: Ideal for measuring moving objects
    • Positioning: Easy positioning with laser pilot light
    • Heat-resistant design for cooling water: Heat-resistant fiber-optic cable at 250℃
    • Data-recording and parameter setting with the attached dedicated measurement software (InfraWin)
    • Easy connection test with externally installed temperature indicator with test current output
