MC320 Series is a thermal image camera. Various measurement wavelengths are available for a wide range of applications. 8-14μm is a general-purpose product, non-metallic, 4.8-5.2μm is glass surface, 3-5μm is metal and ceramics, 3.9μm is suitable for flame-through measurement.

Usage

    • Temperature measurement of the mold, sealing temperature monitoring of the furnace door, temperature measurement of the paper take-up roll, and material deterioration monitoring

Features

    • Small spot measurement enables measurement with small samples and fine resolution. (Min. measuring spot size: φ0.7mm at 76mm)
    • Measured rates are 60Hz or 9Hz.
    • The measured pixels are 320×240 pixel.
    • Cooling is not required at ambient temperatures up to 50°C. The cooling jacket (option) allows installation at an ambient temperature of up to 100°C.
    • Uses NEMA-4 compliant housings for outdoor use.
    • Remote monitoring can be performed through LAN.
    • The following functions are provided in the software for measurement/analysis (for LumaSpec RT analyser(Windows):
      ・Real-time measurement
      ・Measurement point designation up to 32 points
      ・Time series, histogram, alarm display, 3D display, etc.
      ・Data-out to EXCEL
      ・Video File Output
